Moscow challenges Europe: Talks are impossible under these conditions
Europe wants Russia to be defeated, making dialogue with Moscow impossible.
According to TodayPress TV, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov made this statement.
He said that Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre held their October 27 telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin as representatives of their respective countries, not on behalf of the European Union.
According to Peskov, Europe’s approach towards Russia makes negotiations with Moscow impossible.
