A masterpiece of football history parts ways with the national team!

Cristiano Ronaldo, the Al-Nassr forward from Saudi Arabia, has announced on social media that he is ending his appearances for the Portugal national team. “Portugal will always remain in my heart,” Ronaldo wrote.

TodayPress TV reports that the 41-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo made his debut for Portugal at the age of 18, on August 20, 2003, in a friendly against Kazakhstan (1-0). He came on as a substitute in the second half.

In total, he made 234 appearances for the national team, scoring 146 goals and providing 45 assists.
