The ties between the two countries are unbreakable – Erdoğan
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has said he plans to visit Azerbaijan on November 8 to mark Victory Day.
TodayPress TV reports, citing NTV, that he made the announcement in comments to the media.
“Unless an extraordinary situation arises, I am planning to visit Azerbaijan on November 8. God willing, we will have the opportunity to take the necessary steps during this visit,” the Turkish president said.
“Relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan go far beyond conventional diplomatic contacts. The unbreakable bond between our two countries is the product of our shared history, culture, destiny and, God willing, future. There is no obstacle that Turkish-Azerbaijani brotherhood cannot overcome,” Erdoğan stressed.
