NBA legend achieves remarkable feat – Assists 205 different players!

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James has set a new record in NBA history. The 41-year-old basketball star has recorded assists to 205 different players throughout his career.

TodayPress TV reports that the statistic was shown during ESPN’s broadcast of the NBA regular-season game between the Detroit Pistons and the Philadelphia 76ers.

The game ended with a 112-106 victory for Philadelphia. LeBron James scored 13 points in the match.

According to the broadcast statistics, this is the highest figure in the period for which detailed play-by-play records have been kept. The figure represents the number of different players who have scored following James’s assists.

Throughout his career, the veteran player has represented the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers.

LeBron James is currently playing in his 24th NBA season. In April 2026, he became the fourth player in league history to reach 12,000 assists in regular-season games. John Stockton, Jason Kidd and Chris Paul had previously achieved this milestone.
