Estonian foreign minister to visit Azerbaijan
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna will visit Azerbaijan at the end of November to attend the official opening ceremony of his country’s new embassy in Baku.
TodayPress TV reports that Tsahkna made the announcement.
“Another indication of the strengthening of our partnership is the official opening of Estonia’s new embassy in Baku at the end of this month. It is an honour for me to attend the opening ceremony”,- the foreign minister emphasised.
He also noted that Azerbaijan is an important partner for Estonia in the South Caucasus.
“Our relations have strengthened considerably in recent years, and we are consistently expanding cooperation in the fields of digitalisation, trade, green technologies and logistics”,-Tsahkna stated.
