Zelensky honours Melania Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has awarded US First Lady Melania Trump the Order of Princess Olga, First Class, in recognition of her significant contribution to providing humanitarian support to Ukraine.

TodayPress TV reports that the Ukrainian leader signed a decree to this effect.

Mark Beckman, senior adviser to the US First Lady, has also received the “Golden Heart” award.

It should be recalled that a ceasefire was in effect from October 27 to November 1 in an area designated for a humanitarian operation in the city of Oleshky. The temporary ceasefire was secured through Melania Trump’s mediation.
