Saudi Arabia’s national oil company, Saudi Aramco, has instructed employees to evacuate its headquarters in Dhahran and work remotely.

According to TodayPress TV, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters about the decision.

The move came a day after two people were killed in an attack on a nearby airport.

This marks the first time Aramco has instructed employees to evacuate its headquarters since the outbreak of the war involving Iran.

It is worth recalling that Yemen’s Houthi rebels struck the company’s headquarters earlier this month, causing significant damage to the building. The resulting fire spread across several floors.
