Putin invites Egyptian President to Moscow
Russian President Vladimir Putin has personally invited his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, to the Russia-Africa summit to be held in Moscow in October.
TodayPress TV reports that the Russian leader met with the Egyptian President on the sidelines of the BRICS summit.
“Under your leadership — I remember how we created the new Russia-Africa format, it was in Sochi. This year, we are also holding another event of this kind. Within the framework of these events, we would be glad to see you in Moscow this autumn, in October,” Putin told el-Sisi.
