Three-billion-dollar conflict begins: India moves against China
A border dispute between Asia’s two nuclear powers has once again come into focus. Disagreements over territorial claims in the Himalayan region are increasing security risks between Beijing and New Delhi.
Clashes between military forces have occurred amid rising tensions between China and India in the disputed territory of Arunachal Pradesh, as well as in the eastern sector of the Line of Actual Control, TodayPress TV reports, citing the “RKM Times” account on X.
According to Shatrujit Kapur, Director General of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, face-to-face confrontations with Chinese troops have been reported at several locations along the Arunachal Pradesh border, and tensions remain ongoing.
