Peskov: Putin and Xi Jinping may meet on sidelines of BRICS summit
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping will have an opportunity to speak on the sidelines of the BRICS summit.
TodayPress TV reports that Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov made the statement in an interview with the Vesti information service.
“They will have an opportunity to have a brief conversation in one form or another on the sidelines of the summit. It is unlikely that they will be able to discuss any issue in detail, but they will have an opportunity to communicate,” Peskov said.
