Any violation of the interests of Russian companies in Armenia will not go unanswered.

TodayPress TV reports that Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin made the statement.

According to him, Moscow is closely monitoring the situation surrounding Russian economic operators in Armenia.

Galuzin also noted that Yerevan’s statements about the sale of the South Caucasus Railway concession to a third country do not correspond to reality. The diplomat said that the Russian company directs its revenues toward the development of Armenia’s railway infrastructure.

The deputy foreign minister also described the Armenian authorities’ explanations regarding the nationalisation of Electric Networks of Armenia as questionable and linked the developments to political motives.
