Ukraine summit in Berlin: France, Britain and Germany to meet

Germany, France and the United Kingdom will hold the next meeting of the Coalition of the Willing on Ukraine at the level of heads of state and government in Berlin on November 19.

TodayPress TV  reports ,that German Chancellor Friedrich Merz made the announcement at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Berlin.

“Together with France and the United Kingdom, we will hold a summit of the Coalition of the Willing here in Berlin the week after next” ,-he said.

According to the chancellor, European countries will continue supporting Kyiv until the conflict ends.

“That is also why I have personally invited the Coalition of the Willing to Berlin on November 19”,-he said.

Merz noted that “numerous heads of state and government” would travel to the German capital. He added that the meeting would focus on coordinating assistance to Kyiv, possible security guarantees after the end of the conflict, and aligning diplomatic efforts aimed at reaching a settlement.
