Rezai also greets Putin with a “finger grip”
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s greeting with Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, has attracted media attention.
TodayPress TV reports, citing “Axar.az” that Rezaei also attempted to greet the Kremlin leader by gripping his fingers.
However, Putin grabbed Rezaei’s arm with his other hand, prompting him to open his hand. The two then shook hands normally.
It should be noted that on September 29, Rezaei’s unusual way of shaking hands with Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev in Tehran sparked strong reactions.
