Controversial provocation in Paris: Fans’ banner sparks outrage!

Barcelona intends to file an official complaint with UEFA following its 4–2 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the third round of the Champions League league phase.

TodayPress TV reports, citing Sport.es, that the Catalan club is unhappy with a controversial banner displayed by PSG supporters in the stands before the match began.

Barcelona’s management considered the banner, which featured Leatherface, the killer from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre film franchise, to be inappropriate.

PSG fans depicted the character wearing the Paris club’s kit and holding a chainsaw while cutting through Barcelona’s crest. The banner also carried the slogan “A Parisian Massacre.”
