Katz issues stern warning: “If Hezbollah joins Iran’s attack on Israel…”
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will not withdraw from the security zone in Lebanon until Hezbollah lays down its arms.
TodayPress TV reports that Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz made the statement on the social media platform X.
Katz warned that any rocket fire or drone attack targeting Israeli cities would be met with a “strong response” targeting Beirut’s Dahiyeh district.
“If Hezbollah joins Iran’s attack on Israel, it will be dealt a heavy blow. The Israel Defense Forces are prepared to advance into additional areas around Nabatieh and the Litani River,” he said.
