War is robbing Ukrainian children of their childhood – Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that the ongoing war with Russia is taking a heavy toll on human lives and children’s futures.

TodayPress TV reports that Zelensky stressed that Ukraine had not been defeated in the war, but was interested in bringing the fighting to an end as soon as possible.

According to the Ukrainian president, the conflict is causing not only loss of life but also depriving children of a normal life and their childhood.

“We are losing people and time because our children do not have a real life or a childhood. That is precisely why we must end this war as soon as possible,” Zelensky emphasised.
