For years, our compatriots in Borchali have struggled to preserve their identity and homeland. Now, there are people there who are playing into the hands of other powers, “drinking Iranian water” and falling under the influence of different currents.

But here, far away in Bishkek, when the destinies of states are being decided, a completely different picture is emerging. The President of Azerbaijan, through his own determination and strength, is forcing Iran’s leadership to play by his rules and submit to them.

We have been talking about the issue of water for two days, but I cannot simply brush it aside as something ordinary.
