“Your Excellency,

On the occasion of the significant national holidays of Victory Day and State Flag Day, I am honoured and pleased to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the brotherly people of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of ACWA Power and in my personal capacity.

These historic holidays carry profound meaning, embodying the courage, unity, determination and unwavering devotion to the homeland of the Azerbaijani people. Victory Day commemorates the historic triumph achieved through 44 days of extraordinary determination and sacrifice, while State Flag Day celebrates the sovereignty, independence and national pride symbolised by Azerbaijan’s tricolour flag. Together, these days powerfully reflect the bravery and indomitable spirit of the Azerbaijani people, as well as their resolve to defend their sovereignty and independently determine their future.

Under Your Excellency’s wise leadership, Azerbaijan has demonstrated exceptional determination in defending its national interests, restoring its territorial integrity and opening a new chapter in its history. Your foresight, resolve and unwavering commitment to the aspirations of the Azerbaijani people have played a decisive role in guiding the nation through historic milestones. We highly appreciate Your Excellency’s leadership and dedication to building a strong, sovereign and prosperous Azerbaijan, founded on lasting peace, stability and broad opportunities for future generations.

We also attach particular importance to the longstanding ties of brotherhood, friendship and mutual respect between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Azerbaijan. Thanks to the vision and efforts of our leaders, relations between our countries continue to grow stronger, opening up new horizons for strategic cooperation and long-term partnership. We highly value Your Excellency’s personal role in advancing these ties and fostering an environment of mutual trust, shared goals and effective cooperation.

ACWA Power of Saudi Arabia is particularly proud to be part of this strengthening partnership. We sincerely appreciate Your Excellency’s trust in and continued support for our company. ACWA remains committed to Azerbaijan and its priorities of long-term development, sustainability and a prosperous future. We look forward to further deepening our cooperation and participating in initiatives that make lasting contributions to the well-being of the Azerbaijani people.

On the occasion of these significant national holidays, I wish to express my profound respect for the courage and determination of the Azerbaijani people, as well as my sincere gratitude to Your Excellency for your leadership, vision and continued support. We are confident that under your leadership, Azerbaijan will continue to achieve new milestones while preserving the unity, strength and national values that define its unique spirit.

I wish Your Excellency good health, happiness and success, and the Republic of Azerbaijan and its people lasting peace, unity, stability and prosperity.

Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
