Uber changes its name in Azerbaijan
The name of the Uber taxi-booking service operating in Azerbaijan has been changed.
TodayPress TV reports, citing FED.az, that the platform will now operate under the name Heetch AZ.
The change was announced on the app’s page on Google Play. Its description states that Uber AZ is now Heetch and that only the name has changed.
Despite the rebranding, the app’s existing technical identifier has remained unchanged. This indicates that the platform is continuing to operate through the same application.
