Russia to send first diesel tanker to the United States
The first shipment of diesel fuel from Russia to the United States is scheduled for October 22.
TodayPress TV reports that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said the first tanker is expected to depart for the United States carrying 40,000 tonnes of diesel fuel.
He added that the process of signing contracts for diesel fuel supplies between the two countries is in its final stages.
According to Novak, further shipments to the United States are also planned following the initial delivery.
