End of Ukraine war may be near, US envoy says
US President’s special envoy Jared Kushner has said that encouraging progress has been made in talks on Ukraine in recent days.
According to TodayPress TV, Kushner said that a genuine opportunity had emerged to end the war and secure lasting peace.
“Encouraging progress has been made over the last few days. There is still hard work ahead, but we have a real opportunity to put this war behind us and lay the foundation for lasting peace, security and prosperity for future generations,” he wrote.
