Citizens abroad to be recalled: Moldova makes an unusual PROPOSAL
Moldova is considering proposals to cancel elections, confiscate property and restrict freedom of movement during martial law.
TodayPress TV reports, citing “Radio Moldova”, that the country’s Ministry of Defence has drafted a bill on the matter. The document also предусматривает the compulsory return from abroad of citizens liable for mobilisation.
Under the proposal, a state of siege could be declared even before the outbreak of war if a serious threat to the country’s security emerges.
