Euro falls against the dollar
The Dow Jones index in the US stock markets rose 0.98% to 52,573.29 points, the S&P 500 index increased 0.86% to 7,656.98 points, while the Nasdaq index gained 0.96% to 26,333.04 points.
TodayPress TV reports that in European stock markets, the FTSE 100 index rose 0.39% to 10,650.44 points, Germany’s DAX index increased 0.82% to 26,568.56 points, while France’s CAC-40 index gained 0.78% to 8,179.77 points.
In global markets, the euro fell 0.11% against the US dollar to $1.1599.
