Trump secretly sent the director of the Central Intelligence Agency to Moscow, and even senior White House officials were unaware of the trip.

“John Ratcliffe met with Alexander Bortnikov, head of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), in Moscow. During the meeting, Ratcliffe presented the CIA’s assessment of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and called on Moscow to begin serious negotiations to bring it to an end,” the publication reported.
