Trump to mark 25th anniversary of 9/11 attacks at Pentagon
US Vice President JD Vance will attend a ceremony in New York marking the 25th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, while President Donald Trump will go to the Pentagon, TodayPress TV reports, citing RIA Novosti.
The White House press pool reported this.
Earlier, Trump criticized New York Times (NYT) journalist Maggie Haberman for writing that he would not attend an event marking the anniversary of the terrorist attacks because he would not be able to deliver a speech there.
“JD Vance will go to New York. <…> Because I will be going to the Pentagon,” Trump said.
