Ukraine’s ambassador thanks Azerbaijan: “We will never forget this”
Ukraine’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Yurii Husyev has expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani government and the people of Azerbaijan for the support provided to Ukrainian children affected by the war.
TodayPress TV reports that the statement was made at Baku airport, where another group of children from the Kharkiv and Kherson regions arrived to participate in a rehabilitation program.
“We highly appreciate this support and will never forget it. This program brings together children from Ukraine and Azerbaijan, their families and our peoples,” Y. Husyev emphasized.
