Trump confident about Saudi Arabia: “Everything will work out”
US President Donald Trump has said that the situation surrounding shipping in the Strait of Hormuz will be resolved soon.
TodayPress TV reports that Trump made the remarks while answering journalists’ questions following a meeting with Irish President Catherine Connolly in Dublin.
Responding to a question about the situation in Saudi Arabia and the restoration of maritime traffic in the region, Trump said, “Everything will definitely work out.”
The US leader’s statement comes amid increased Houthi activity in Yemen and attacks on Saudi Arabia’s oil infrastructure.
