US President Donald Trump has predicted that oil prices will fall sharply after the military conflict with Iran ends.

TodayPress TV reports that, in a statement on the matter, Trump said the rise in prices in the US was linked to the policies of former President Joe Biden and his administration.

Trump noted that oil prices were higher during Biden’s presidency than they are now. He also emphasized that the United States has prevented Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

The US President said that, apart from oil, the prices of a number of products in the country are falling rapidly. According to him, as soon as the military conflict with Iran ends, the price of oil will also “fall like a rock.”

Trump said he expects the conflict to end soon.
