Reports have emerged claiming that Chinese President Xi Jinping lost consciousness during the BRICS summit in India and suffered a serious health problem.

TodayPress TV reports that, according to unverified insider claims, Xi Jinping received emergency medical treatment from the medical team accompanying him during the summit.

He is reportedly said to have ended his visit to India ahead of schedule and returned to China on a special flight.

According to the claims, no official welcoming ceremony was held for Xi Jinping after his plane landed in Beijing, and a large number of government officials were reportedly not present. Instead, he was allegedly taken by military helicopter to Beijing’s 301 Hospital.

The reports also claim that Xi Jinping was diagnosed with a severe ischemic stroke, meaning an acute disruption of blood flow to the brain.

According to some claims, the Chinese leader refused to receive treatment in India and did not want information about his health condition to become known to the Indian side. For this reason, he reportedly returned to Beijing on a special flight.

It is also reported that, because conditions for surgical intervention were unavailable during the flight, the medical team could only provide conservative treatment, with claims that this resulted in the loss of time needed for emergency intervention.

The reports further claim that Xi Jinping could face serious complications if he undergoes surgery at Beijing’s 301 Hospital.

In addition, it is claimed that Beijing is not certain whether the Chinese leader will have recovered before his planned visit to the United States in late September, and it remains unclear whether the trip will be cancelled.

It should be noted that the information has not been officially confirmed.
