Gates engineered plague in a laboratory to kill the population – CLAIM

A claim has circulated that Bill Gates is wanted in Russia on charges of “bioterrorism.”

TodayPress TV reports that it is claimed Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued an arrest warrant for Bill Gates and declared him a “bioterrorist.”

According to the claim, Gates allegedly “engineered” pneumonic plague in Ukrainian biolaboratories using artificial intelligence tools. It is also alleged that a 3,000-page dossier supposedly released by Putin contains evidence of this and that the pathogen in question could cause the deaths of billions of people.

Another part of the claim concerning Russia refers to the death of Darya Shipilova, an employee of the Anti-Plague Research Institute in Irkutsk, who reportedly died with suspected pneumonia and plague.
