TodayPress TV reports that the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence announced the agreement.

According to the ministry, Lithuanian defence technology company Pekkla and Ukrainian company December One RND have agreed to establish a factory in Lithuania to manufacture UAV components and electronic warfare equipment.
