Two countries, one longing: Russian and Ukrainian families reunited at the border
Another humanitarian initiative to reunite families from Russia and Ukraine has been held at the Novaya Guta checkpoint on the Belarus-Ukraine border.
TodayPress TV reports, citing BelTA, that 15 Russian citizens travelled from Russia to Ukraine to join their relatives, while three people returned from Ukraine to be with their loved ones.
According to the report, most of those involved are pensioners and people with limited mobility.
