Iran has said it is ready to reopen the Strait of Hormuz within a week if the United States accepts the conditions it has put forward and reduces military pressure.
TodayPress TV reports, citing Reuters, that an unnamed senior Iranian official said this.
“If the United States reduces military pressure, Iran can reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days,” the source said.
According to the official, the United States must also lift the blockade it has imposed on Iranian ports.
