Araghchi makes unexpected statement: “When the truth comes out…”

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has commented on US military operations against his country.

TodayPress TV reports that he shared the statement on one of his social media accounts.

Araghchi said reports claiming that Iran was defenceless do not reflect the truth. According to him, hundreds of US military facilities have been destroyed and dozens of aircraft have been put out of action.

The Iranian foreign minister claimed that the information was based on statements issued by the Pentagon.

“Reports that Iran was defenceless are fabricated. Hundreds of US military facilities have been destroyed and dozens of aircraft have been set on fire. This is only the tip of the iceberg,” Araghchi said.

The minister added that all details of what happened would be disclosed in the future. According to him, the revelations would be “unpleasant” for those who spread false information about Iran.
