Brazilian striker Richarlison, who plays for London club Tottenham Hotspur, has accused Flávio Bolsonaro, a candidate for the Brazilian presidency, of taking an island that he privately owns.

TodayPress TV reports, citing The Touchline, which published the information on social media.

According to the source, the footballer said Flávio Bolsonaro had tried to buy the island from him but had been turned down.

The report claims that, following the refusal, legal procedures were used to transfer control of the property to other individuals, leaving Richarlison without both his island and his money.

The footballer is said to have invested approximately €1.7 million in the private property. Richarlison is now calling for a police investigation into the matter.

It should be noted that Flávio Bolsonaro is a Brazilian opposition politician who has previously been investigated over allegations of money laundering.
