A meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is expected to take place in New York on September 23.
TodayPress TV reports that Kirill Loginov, director of the Department of International Organizations at the Russian Foreign Ministry, said this in an interview with TASS.
“As far as I know, Sergey Lavrov’s meeting with Marco Rubio is scheduled for September 23,” the diplomat said.
It should be noted that Lavrov himself announced the upcoming meeting with Rubio on September 15.
