Tensions in the Black Sea: “We cannot turn a blind eye!” — Erdogan
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that any attack on commercial vessels in the Black Sea is unacceptable.
TodayPress TV reports that he made the remarks during his address to the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
“We continue our contacts with the parties to restore the safety of navigation in the Black Sea, ensure food security and prevent the war from spreading to a wider geography. I particularly emphasize that the recent attacks on commercial vessels in the Black Sea are unacceptable,” he said.
