Pashinyan's salary rises sharply: He will earn this much per month
The monthly salary of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has been sharply increased.
TodayPress TV reports, citing Axar.az, that under a decision by the Armenian government, N. Pashinyan will henceforth receive a monthly salary of 2.662 million drams ($7,300).
This represents an 80% increase from Pashinyan's current salary of 1.498 million drams ($3,900).
The salaries of ministers and deputy ministers have also been increased, along with Pashinyan's.
