Swedish Prime Minister to resign — What is the reason?
Following the parliamentary elections in Sweden, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson has announced his resignation after the ruling right-wing bloc secured 173 seats, falling short of a parliamentary majority.
TodayPress TV reports that Kristersson has submitted his resignation to allow the process of forming a new government to begin.
“I am requesting to be relieved of my duties as prime minister so that this process can begin immediately,” the prime minister said.
