Strong earthquake strikes Alaska
A magnitude 6.5 earthquake has struck the city of Nikolski, Alaska.
TodayPress TV reports, citing the US Geological Survey, that there have been no reports of deaths, injuries or material damage as a result of the earthquake.
US authorities are currently assessing the potential tsunami risk in the area.
