Battle intensifies at the White House: “Why should you be given special privileges?”

US Vice President James David Vance has backed President Donald Trump’s decision to restrict access to the White House for CNN, MS NOW and the online publication Politico.

TodayPress TV reports that Vance accused the media outlets of serving the interests of left-wing forces.

“This is not a ban. It is about refusing to grant special access to people who engage in unfair reporting. If you intend to act as a propaganda tool for the left, why should Donald Trump give you special access to his White House?” Vance said.

According to him, restricting access to the White House does not mean that the media outlets are being prohibited from covering events.
